I am kinda new.. i installed wowroster 1.7.3. it works well..
i was very excited to try siggen..
i installed it, and i was able to get into the configuration, and view previews.
whenever i would use the link to view the preview i get a 404 page not found error. i check my web server and the files are not being saved in the sig/ava folder..

i have scoured these forums. i have tried the mod_rewrite. i made sure all folders and files have the correct chmod... i have reset the siggen to default..


please let me know what other information i need to submit..

ok i think i found the issue.
it's not recognizing the subdomain when displaying the preview link ...



anyone know what i can try to make it recognize the subdomain???

a fast solution try to put a FULL path to "Saved images directory" like:

/home/virtual/site5/fst/var/subdomain/nocopnostop/html/modules/roster/addons/siggen/sig/

If you link to:

every time that you try to see the image you generate a new one.

If you store the image, set :

"Save images to server" YES
"Saved images directory" /home/virtual/site5/fst/var/subdomain/nocopnostop/html/modules/roster/addons/siggen/sig/

auto-save on character/guild update YES

Your roster installation its not fine.. you can't acces to ANY char information.. the path is wrong!

hmmmmm roster works for me, sometimes just need to click the roster link again..

so it seems siggen is working.. any advice on how to repair my roster installation, or should i start over???

see the icons from professions or class, the motd text image or try to go to any char information...

Solution:
-change the acces from phpnuke use a direct link no with modules.php ...

Another fail that you make:
On AVATAR config mode:
Saved images directory its NOT the same that signatures!
change to: (only the last directory)
/home/virtual/site5/fst/var/subdomain/nocopnostop/html/modules/roster/addons/siggen/ava/

Then you have:

I had trouble with an fresh install as well, however after reading the Wiki I noticed that the Preview window on the config screen added an extra A
