Whenver I try to upload characterprofiler.lua I get:
Parsing files
Parsed CharacterProfiler in 0.14 seconds
Could not find guild in database. Please update members first.
Did I miss anything while saving the information in-game?

Yes, you probably do not have GuildProfier or you didn't enter your Roster Admin password correctly when uploading your CP file
