1. In Configuration - Defaults Config i have Alt-Text Search=Alt and Alt-Search Field=[Guild-Title]
2. My guild-titles are (amongst others) "Off. Alt" and "Mem. Alt"
3. In Addon Config - Member List i have Group alts=On

4. Nothing groups


Any help or suggestions ?

This setting is for the menu search for alts, not the members list

The setting you are looking for is in RosterCP -> Members List -> Main/Alt Relations
