I just recently got everything installed. I can currently look at spells and talents. When I look at my Char. stats I recieve the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function utf8_decode() in /roster/lib/item.php on line 108
I'm using mysql v4.1.12 and PHP v5.0.4. I will be thankfull for any help on this matter.

Seems like something is wrong with your php...
utf8_decode() is a standard php function

from memory I ran into some awful bugs with early 5.0.x builds of PHP... try upgrading to something newer and see what happens.
Roster 2.0.2 svn [latest] latest trunk SVN svn [latest] running on IIS7/Windows Server 2008 SP2 | MySQL 5.0.85 | PHP 5.2.10 | Yes, Roster and PHP rocks on IIS! Even run as FastCGI extension!
