svn[1286] blank page instead of install on fresh install

Did a fresh install today and you only get a blank page instead of the normal install page. Removed it all and dropped teh database again to test it a second time with same results.

Display errors must be off on your server
Check your web server error logs

OK will look there, also I installed 1257 just now and it worked fine, then copied the 1286 files over top of it and then get this error

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'self' in /var/www/html/roster/lib/template_enc.php on line 60

Yep display errors is off, looking in the log file shows that same error as when you upgrade that I mention above.

I'll bet your running on a PHP V4 server, right ?
V4 doesn't support the self keyword.

This is already a known issue.
