svn[1305] Missing mini graphic for no talents chosen Picture attached.
Graphics does not show for toon (Anitab) if she has no talents chosen. Special case of low level toon that should have talents but hasn't chosen any yet.
Shows on main members screen and any derivatives like honor stats
No errors showing.

After looking some more, the properties for the icon gives areal clue on this one 
No talent = no name for jpg
