Realmstatus not working

Postby Equisetum » Sat Sep 15, 2007 2:47 am

Hello all,

I've searched the wiki and the Beta files forum to no avail. I've checked my files twice and averything but the realmstatus is working so far.

http://public.rage-and-mana.com

What am I missing? I apologize if I've overlooked a post somewhere talking about this already... haven't been able to find one so far.

Weird thing is that when I look at someone else's roster and change the realm to mine it works:

For example:

http://public.rage-and-mana.com/realmstatus.php?r=US-Alexstrasza

Results in "No status"

but

http://www.blizzardofoz.net/roster/realmstatus.php?r=US-Alexstrasza

works just fine (thanks to Thunderpally for letting me poke around)

Therefore the problem has to be on my end. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Your web host might be blocking fopen requests on port 80
Read the Forum Rules, the WiKi, and Search before posting!

Urlgrabber is failing on your rosterdiag, which means you almost certainly can't access external sites from your webscripts.

Thanks for the quick responses. I'll take it up with host.

BTW... the new roster is awesome.

Thanks again.

EDIT: It turns out that my webhost does have fopen enabled, but they whitelist certain domains by request. I'm waiting for them to do this for worldofwarcraft.com but am confident this will do the trick. :)
