Hi! Old thread, I know, but what exactly did you change in php.ini? I get this error when trying to update the wowace list in uniadmin, and I've checked my php.ini for any 5000ms timeouts without finding anything.

If I remember it correctly it was something like max_file_size or upload_file_size values...
