The installation went seamlessly.

I am now to the point where I might attempt to log in and configure everything and I get this error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /roster/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

That works fine. It's only when I put in my password and hit "go" that I get the error.

I'd check your file permissions on index.php
I don't recall what they need to be but it's specified in the install text file

what I remember when getting an error like that was I needed to put in the full path...www.whatever.com/wowroster/index.php or something like that and it loaded.
