Localization [deDE]

Postby DerSeppel » Tue Sep 25, 2007 10:43 pm

Hi there!

I just finished translating the remaining symbols in the german localization.
I don't have a svn client ready at the moment, so I'll attach the file to this thread (I'm sorry!)
Could someone please upload it to svn?

I'll check the file for any missing translations or errors, in the next few days.

I also fixed some translations, which didn't make that much sense. (e.g word-by-word translations)

We should try to agree on the translation of some terms, Like AddOn (Erweiterung).

I haven't much time atm, I'll check back here later.

Yes, I downloaded the latest version and translated the main lang-file, since it had many missing translations.

There are alot of differences between this one and Seth's
Can you both confirm which one is the best?

I'll rework the translations tomorrow, an merge best translations from both versions.

According to the table on

http://wowroster.net/SVNergy/repos.html

roster_2 Read-Acces is only allowed for Dev-Team members. How can I get the actual version from the repos?

Is Seth's version in the 1337 build?

The roster2 repos is for a recode of roster and is not Roster 2.0

roster1 is the current beta code for Roster 2.0 because Roster 2.0 uses the 1.x codebase
It's a bit confusing

Currently no one but the devs have access to the roster1 repos

I think seth's is in the latest build
For now, just the the deDE files from the latest build copy in the roster beta topic

okay, i somehow donwloaded an other version than the one from the repos.
Seth's translation looks complete and consistent. No need for further translations.
