AutoRecruit (Roster 2 Addon) - Updated OCT 7

I had considered doing spec during the planning stage, however, unless armorysync was used, or people have uploaded their profiles, it wouldn't work. As to excluding ranks or alts, it is a possibility, but im not seeing it in the forseeable future. This is my first attempt at making an addon, and for me, is part of my learning process. As I progress, I will try to add more "features" if I can. But for now, this is where we are at.

And exclude alters like memberlist addon or top menu does it?

Because there are a lot of "alters" lvl 70 that can't be taken in recruitment process.

im still a bit confused as to why you would want to exclude alts or any rank for that matter. it calculates thru your entire roster, and all you need to do is adjust your numbers accordingly...

True. Yet people don't reason like that. People reason like "I want 3 active raiding hunters in my guild". That's the number they want to have to enter int he config.

In guilds with more than 150 players .. there are a LOT of alters. Its a basic count to exclude alters and use main characters on recruitment process.

Because roster have a option to "separate" alters ?
Because these addon can read these option and use it ?

lol, we have over 200 accounts and just as many alts. I'm still not sure why you would want to exclude them, as they are playable characters, and technicaly do count towards each class...

I made some modifications on this addon (what you're asking for Subxero ) but don't know how to send the zip file for public used on this forum

Modifications on admin :

- Allow to select guild rank to filter number of players (for me considering only members, officers and guild admin are usefull info but you can change it)
- Possibility to select speciel class requirement (number of player required on a spe)

Modification on guild :
- Show new informations.

The install definition file for autorecruit did not contain a correct installation class

Yeah, I've got an updated build I'll release very soon if no one else does in the mean time.

Its got the missing Death Knight features, and a few other odds an sods.

Just in the process of debugging it atm.

Class Recruitment
AutoRecruit has not been setup for this guild.

When i click on the icon this is what i get, when i try to set it up this is what i get from the CP clicking on the tab

follow the thread to here, all changes were made or already made.
