Remembering guild selection

I'm hosting 3 guilds and Roster seems to forget which guild was last selected. Is this by design or should there be a persistent cookie that doesn't always get set to remember the last guild?

Here's the roster in question:

Cookies are not used for this. The current guild is remembered when you browse deeper in (to characters) but not if you browse further out (to realms or util pages).

This means the guild is reset after you've visited rostercp, the upload page, the search page, or the news page.

It's returning from the upload page that confuses the average member. Those on other than the first guild are confused that they're looking at someone else's guild.

I haven't used the news feature, but I suspect that would have the same issue for those that do. And I don't see a way to post realm-specific or guild-specific news, but I'm sure that's just because the news addon is still young.

What about having a Guild dropdown on top of the menu like the char dropdown once you are in the guild memberlist? Then it would be easier to switch quickly from Guild to Guild...

There is one in my install.

I think it's only shown if there's actually multiple guilds to choose from.

The same goes for the realm and character drop list
