When I look at my roster's homepage, one PHP error is noticed.

  Roster Warning line 1169: UrlGrabber Error [CURL]: Failed to connect to www.wow-europe.com IP number 1: Permission denied

But the info in my server's phpinfo() are :

What can I do to resolve this error ?

The most likely source for the urlgrabber call is realmstatus.

The only cause for this error I can think of right now is that your host is explicitly filtering out the wow-europe.com server for curl calls. Try contacting them with this error.
