What version are you upgrading from?

And try to find out what is there in the roster_config table already, with a config_id of 6

the upgrading version is the 2.0b_1395

P.S. : I did not find the line "config_id" in the file "roster_config"

roster_config is a mysql table with that name.

Note that your table name prefix could be different - here, it is roster_.

Look for the value in the column with the name 'config_id'.
