Problem on quest upload

Hi,

after uploading my CP.lua i have these Update Errors:

Quest [] could not be inserted
1062: Duplicate entry '58-' for key 1
Quest [] could not be inserted

Quest [] could not be inserted

Quest [] could not be inserted

Quest [] could not be inserted
1062: Duplicate entry '58-' for key 1
Quest [] could not be inserted

and in the quest page of my character i have only this:

Quest Log (1/25)
Blade's Edge Mountains
[68] (Group)

Known issue, look in the patches section of downloads
