Havin a small problem

When I attempt to use the http://www.mysite.com/roster/addons/sig ... ?name=Huto

gives me this error:
Error - [GD Info]

Line 1114: Unable to open 'C:\Inetpub\vhosts\mysite.com\httpdocs\roster\addons\siggen\saved\sig-Huto.jpg' for writing

But I have no problems with...
http://www.mysite.com/roster/addons/sig ... saveonly=0

I'm guessing its a permission problem... I've opened every permission I could on that folder but still cant get it to work. If anyone's had this problem before and could toss an idea out, would much appreciate it.

Try deleteing
