Problem with Generating Signature

Whenever I try and generate a signature I get the following error:

Error - [GD Info]
Line 369: Problem loading glyph

Can anyone help?

I've done some more testing and the Avatar works fine its just the signature. Also, the problem only occurs if a piece of text has a space in it. For example, the guild name is Azeroth Horde Slayers and if I try and display the guild name it fails, if I don't it works.

Try changing the font for guild name

Try the "Reset to defaults" table, on the right side of SigGen config

I have done that as well. I have also deleted the siggen (including the database table) and reinstalled it with no success.

Maybe your web server's GD is messed somehow

I don't know where to go with this one...

I'm experiencing this same issue on my roster installation. http://thebrewmasters.org/roster

None of the generated siggen sig or av graphics are appearing.

Also not sure if this is related, but the GMOTD was set to a graphic as well and it wasn't generating.

Edit: Just noticed I'm getting an error when uploading, not sure if this has anything to do with it either.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1413443 bytes) in /vservers/picklepatchpir/htdocs/roster/lib/commonfunctions.lib.php on line 150

Yes, this would most definatly be related
SigGen, Realmstatus, and GMOTD all use GD

I did notice that you have GD 2.0.12
I *think* that SigGen requires at least 2.0.20

Well up until 7/19 it worked just fine, that was the last generated sig. I'll check with my hosting service to see if there were changes they made.

Just spoke with my provider and they apparently upgraded the systems cfmx7 to 7.02 that day. I'm not sure what that is.

I have the exact same problem as the topicstarter Hotwesty. My avaters work perfect, I can preview them in the siggen config page, but the signatures dont work at all. When I disable the Guildname to be viewed on the sig, it works perfectly. I do not think it is a problem in GD, since he does create them, but he does give me an error when the Guildname is acitvated: Line 369: Problem loading glyph. Please help.

The signatures have started working again. The only change I am aware of is that the version of PHP was updated. It is currently PHP Version 4.4.3.

Well I'm still getting this same error for my signatures, but my Avatars have started working.

I've tried to reset to default settings and it is still occuring. Any idea?
