Ok, trying to get rid of the headers and footers on the pages but its not working.

which file do I need to edit? index.php? Where would I put it?

Please provide link for your roster.. and what page are you trying to hide the header from?

And! i wouldn't recommend hiding the header.. i would rather recommend hiding the menu and the footer.. and removing the logo from the header file...

That variable is for roster addons only

For any other pages, you need to edit roster_header.tpl

Finally, it wouldnt much easier to be able to update the members the GM itself? I mean now we have armory so it would be easy to fetch code from there rather than order 80 ppl to download and upload strings...

In that case, these keys, this (which shows you also the heroque access) keys and this wouldn't be available to you.

Have a look what UniUpLoader can do for you and your Guild.
Membres will loose one 1 minute to install it - and after that, the roster is updated 'by magic' when they quit the game - and their addons are always up to date... Think about it. It works already, lets say, perfectly well
