-Added field in options to allow any field in forum users table to be used for character name (thanks Wacoede for the idea on doing it as text rather than an option field).
-Added multirank options (no functionality yet) for Wacoede.
-Added all existing DF functionality to phpBB3 option except user suspension as I haven't been able to test that yet.

Did the image folder wrong again - didn't use Tortoise to change it. This will be fixed in the next commit. In the meanwhile please rename img to images.

Oops - this one is horribly broken. Will do another commit shortly. Sorry about that.
