[svn1754] stanges characters at beginning of a file

Small mistake at the beginning of "addons/keys/locale/frFR.php" cause problem with UTF8 characters for keys addon.

Removing them solve it.

Last post for now. Very good software, I'll continue to test it tomorrow.
