Realm Status displayed in front page menu with Joomla

Hello,

I've been looking for an answer through this boards and found nothing.
Could someone help me and tell me how to display the realm statut pic (realstatus.php) in a menu with Joomla ?

Ask Thumann, in the "Integration > Joomla" forum
He seems to be working alot on Joomla
