I cant get the number of alts in my guild

Like the topic name says.
Have i to insert something in to the officer notes so the roster can see what char is a alt?

The setting in Roster Config just detects a certain string in the players note (default, you can select other fields as well)

Don't feel bad...I knew the answer to that, I was using the note field and had the guild manager use "alt" ingame....except the whole time I as using the wrong password on my website so it wasn't updating the player notes!
