Once WoWRosterDF 2 is released, I would like to see a block for DF that displays calendar events. This block could be configured to show the next seven days of events or more (or less), plus allow users to click on an event to see the event details. I suppose this would be a DF module, or the information shown in the block would be configured in RosterDF.

never worked with the rosterdf ... dont really like df but ial see what i can come up with

Ok with some education and some work i have come up with this ... this workes with current wowrosterdf beta with was pre RC 2.0 and workls with my current version of GC only thing i have found is the lack of overlib support in df untill i find a way to include files and header info from the block you have to manualy add the info in the the header.php and header.html for your theam to support overlib..

For overlib support the only way to do it efficiantly is to add it to the header.html file of the theme in use which could cause problems with rosters overlib version. What I have done though is installed itemstats_df which requires us to add the overlib to the header which in my case instead of using itemstats version I used rosters then in rosters header.php code Im checking to see if itemstats is enabled if it is I then do not ever display rosters overlib but instead just using the version in the header.html

That looks pretty cool. I like DF, but I know there are better CMS's. the trouble is it's hard to find "good" WoW themes for other CMS's that are free...I don't really care to spend much money on a video game if I don't have to.

no more dirty hack .. i will be releasing a wow roster df version of my Group calendar designed to work with Df better and i found a way to use overlib with out editing any files im getten better at this cms lol

made some more head way added instance resets for tbc only old world one are annoying and there are many of them cause clutter...

Any chance of making this code available as an API or plugin that can be used in any web page or perhaps even in other software like phpbb etc?

Is it possible to integrate somethign like this using SMF/Tinyportal? I had a play with the Df code but the best I can get is an empty iframe. I'd quite like to get events upcoming in the next few days onto a block on our website frontpage but not being particularly good with php I've not been able to work out how this is achievable. Is anybody able to help out with this?

im not familular with smf but ial look in to it im starting to work on the new version 3.0 for wotlk when it come out but ial have something between now and then..
