Uploaded all the files. Used correct DB information. The conf file was not made and it will not let me install.

What part of the install does this error show up

After I enter the database information and the admin name and password. Click submit and I get these errors.

What version of mysql do you have?

mysql 5.0

I think it's an error in the sql file import process
Delete and re-upload your entire lib/dbal/ folder

Were you able to or can you install Roster 1.7.3?

Haven't tried the older version was really hoping that 2.0 would work. I will give it a try but it probably wont be until tomorrow.

The installers are almost the same, if an install of 1.7.3 succeeds, then something new in the 2.0 installer is causing this error

If 1.7.3 fails as well, we will continue trying to fix this

There's something funny with your configuration, or you've edited the code. The statements that are printing errors for you are having their errors suppressed, so they shouldn't be printing out the error messages.

From the looks of the surrounding code, I'd say you probably didn't enter the right database details, though when i try that on my local system I get a proper error message.

Could there be some limitation on your database account, like a maximum amount of queries per time unit, that keep the roster installer from completing?

Can you use phpmyadmin or similar to generate a SQL dump of your roster DB after you've attempted an installation, and post the resulting dumpfile here?

I logged in on phpmyadmin I don't see any roster_ tables or anything related to the roster. I have doublechecked the database information (same as I use for forum and cms if that matters)

I have not edited any code at all just uploaded and tried the install and these are the errors I am receiving.

As for the sql information you requested... I'm not too familiar with phpmyadmin or with sql itself my limits are pretty much finding something and editing the value... care to explain exactly what I need to do to give you that information?

Can you check your web server error log and look for entries related to install.php

If your site is hosted, they should provide you the error log via your host's control panel
