I created a simple protocol for uploading screenshots through UU 2.6.8 beta 3

with beta 3 i have coded a upload.php file to be used with UU that uses the screenshot upload capability phases the file and fires it in to the database and using the file hash settings that i will be adding to 3.1 will stop multiple same file uploads...

I changed the behavior of UU, now the update hooks should work.

going over the test for it now .. still not gettying any responce from the hook file ... ial keep at it maybee there is somthing else i need to change....
