How can a link be added to the char page?

Postby Gator81 » Fri Jun 27, 2008 12:26 pm

I will try to explain what I am looking for the best i can.

on the character page that shows all the chars in the guild, just to the left of the names is a empty box. When i first set this up it had the red letters MA i belive, and after a short time they went away.
Can a button be placed in that now empty box that will go to the armory and that chars information?
I thought I had read where someone had done this before, but couldnt find the post anywhere.
You may also ask why do this? well I cannot make everyone upload their profile's, so to have a quick link to their toon on the armory is a convience so I wouldnt have to login to warcrafts site and look it up.

thank you for any direction or help in doing this.

That box contains the main/alt foldout interface.

To add an armory icon, you can modify the name_value function, or add a column. Putting it in the main/alt foldout box isn't desirable because you'd have to hack it into the library rather than adding it in the calling page.

Here is a link to the way it was done in version 1.7.3

I also used the same code and put a link to BeImba which does a character audit
