character profiler for EU wont upload

Parsing files

Parsed CharacterProfiler in 0.1 seconds
Parsed PvPLog in 0 seconds

Processing Files
Guild Victories Secret @ EU-Arathor not accepted

Character Iceglave @ EU-Arathor not accepted

That is the error message i get everytime i upload it and tryed everything but still won't work including resaving etc

i also changed the coding in update.lib from this post http://www.wowroster.net/Forums/viewtopic/t=2860.html

but still doesnt work can someone please help me as i am confused and also i updated my realmstatusd php for EU servers but still does not work

any fixes????

You didn't set rules on the Upload Rules page in RosterCP
