MySQL is not localy hosted

Please advise, i have installed wowroster to my website with sucess, the permisions are correct, but the install page can not find the MySQL server, the sql server is not on the local webserver, pls advise how to point the install to the server address. Also i can not find the config.php file.

There error im geting in Step 1 is the following

Verison
This: 1.7.3
Latest: Connection failed

PHP Info
View phpinfo()
PHP Version: Using: 4.3.11 Required: 4.3.0+
MySQL Module: Available: No Required: Yes
GD Module: Available: Yes Required: Optional

You should have gotten the server address from your host
Replace 'localhost' with the address on the mysql info page (step 2 I think)

This is in step 1. The 'No' means the MySQL PHP module isn't installed.

Either get your host to install the module, or switch hosts.

Your correct PleegWat, after some research i found that the hosting service dose not provide php, chaninging companies now, hope to have a running roster tonight.
