armory sync 2.7.0.420 is now in the downloads section

Changes Svn 420

-Revamped all xml fetching
-Talents are working some trees do not have all the icons yet if you want to update and send them to me i will update the addon
- some skills have been added professions mainly
- got tooltips and gem info working some enchantments work..
- reputation working
- removed ajax support (Bad Bad Juju)

post any bugs changes you think i should make wioth the filename line and the changes so i can do it quickly lol

1st, I wanna say thank you for working on this project. I think it is a cool addon to Wowroster.

I removed the old armorysync and deleted the folder from the server.
I downloaded the new version at the same place and installed the addon.
When I try to sync I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /...mypathremoved.../roster/addons/armorysync/inc/armorysync.class.php on line 23

i updated the download section with svn version 422 and added the armory.class.php file to the downloads as well

Thank you for working on this. I can't wait to get it running! :thumleft:

I downloaded in a little earlier and wasn't able to get the characters to sync. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling the newer patch.

As for why it was not syncing, I did not recieve an error... even when I had the debugging turned on. :scratch:

My server was still using PHP 4 and saw on the internet on different projects that the same error was fixed by upgrading to PHP 5. I did and now the error is gone but, it is not sync'ing at the moment.

get latest download svn 422 fixed the not syncing issue was a javascript error

I just installed 422.

It says in the debug that my guild doesn't exist.

1057 0.0859 inc/armorysyncjob.class.php ArmorySync checkGuildInfo Checked guild on existence Failed

I even made sure to watch for upper/lower case just to be sure.

do single characters work?

crypta - download the armory.class file in the armorysync downloads and place it in the roster/lib/ folder

I have deleted the guild. I have uploaded a fresh one with the WoW addons guild / character profiler.

Now when I try to sync I get this:

I uninstalled AS and deleted the lib class file. Then I went back and copied the class file into roster/lib/ and copied the .422 files back to the server. After installing the AS addon, I tried to sync 1 character. I too get the same error again (and as Johnec).

Ulminia, if you would like access to my site, I would be more than happy to give you the info. Just let me know.

And again, thank you for working on this addon!! It is going to be great to have!!

all ican say is good work got it working just fine just waiting for the memberlist to be fixed. also it says in the debug that my guild doesn't exist. but the it updates character list fine.
