I have added most of the SVN information to the wiki.
MediaWiki/SVNergy

I still have the TortoiseSVN Help page to finish, but that should be up soonish. (Done)

AddOn Developers:
Later, the SVN user activation page will be running and you will be able to commit to the SVN again.

Remember, all code from the SVN is at your own risk and is not supported.
