I've recently gotten back into using Nuke-Evolution v2.1.0rc4 for our guild web site and am very pleased with it's setup, the unique theme we're putting on it as well as it's all-around features, and then stumbled across WoWRoster while looking for a way to bring our guild information to Nuke without having to use an iFrame or New Tab / Window to view it.

It seems there used to be Integration into phpNuke, but that doesn't seem to be there for the 2.0+ versions of WoWRoster. I'm curious if there are any plans for this or anyone actively working on a port to make it happen? I know Nuke has been a dying breed among CMSes but Joomla just drives me nuts and after using it for a few years am just done with the ways of managing simple tasks like news and management of everything.

For a guild, Nuke is unbeatable.

I think you can just put Roster inside of the Nuke modules folder

Install Roster normally
Copy to Nuke modules (just in case you mess up editing, you then have the original files)
Edit roster/lib/cmslink.lib.php so links will work
Edit templates/default/header.html and footer.html to fit inside of Nuke

As for getting a module installed in Nuke, I'm not sure on that one.

Now, this isn't a full integration but I think it will work out, at least until someone writes a full integration again.

I missed using Nuke so bad I had to go back to it, but am looking into other options away from Joomla, in case there's anything out there better than Nuke but as featureful and easy to maintain.

Do you know of any CMSes besides Joomla that are still worked on and updated? Almost every one I've taken a look at hasn't been touched in nearly a year or more. :-( I hope I don't have to go back to Joomla for the support of being able to add new and exciting features here and there. If Joomla had a better Administration system or a Front-End setup to Submit Articles, add Authors, etc... without all the backend crap it has, it would be awesome to use.
