once roster beta 2.1 is release ial be launching as 2.8 alpha this has been the armorysync version i have been using to test and build parts of roster 2.1 there are still minor issues but they will get worked out in the future

Its been awhile! glad to hear your keep busy guys and not just in here.

with that said, I CAN'T WAIT!!!! i am so excited to see the new roster, perhaps you could post a screen shot teaser to keep us drooling.

we are hoping a week or 2 for beta release im adding a new feature to as at the moment for guild info update insted of updating the members it just updates the guild info like how many memebers and stuff like that .... also working on improving the way info is grabed from the armory to allow faster exacution....

Have you done anything with the guild info such as the guild server rank, charter rank, guild/charter achievements, guild Kills that sort of stuff.
some of the info i would like to see in our roster from the armory sync is here http://wow.guildprogress.com/ nice amount of info but as you can see the layout blows!!

This sort of info drives the fire for the members and gets them back to our site rather than theirs, i know its asking much and is a coding nightmare but it would be COOL!


Let me know if this is already a fact or i am dreaming, if i am not dreaming i would be happy to beta test for you guys.

armory sync only retreves info from the wow armory ... in the future i may add the ability to use other xml based pages...

From what i have read and seen the information does come from the armory.

do you know where they are getting the info from if not the armory? if so please let me in on the secret too, i would like to mess around and see what other info is out there.

yes the raid and standinga re based on gear ... i have created an addon that does a simaler thing yet it hasent been updated in a while check out raid progresion

i cant find the RP addon? a lot of the links are toast could you pop a fresh link up please.
