Error Description: When a member enter the registration section and enters their char name and clicks "Check me", roster responds with "checking availabilty" but nothing else happens.

have you configured the api in the Roster cp?
its in Main settings -> Update Access
Blizzard API Region and Blizzard API Locale have to be set ...
never mind .. what browser are you using i just tested it in firefox and IE and im getting proper results...



Remind your members they HAVE to use there Characters name Exactly as used ingame...

I tried moving the settings just in case, because I have the same issue on IE, Firefox and Chrome and for several players. I believe maybe I have something not correctly set, my realm is Ragnaros, an LA realm.

your setting are correct for US realms the name the person is using to register Character Name has to match 100% there character name in the guild or it will fail... as well as they have to unequip the items listed ex sholders chest feet inorder for them to be able to register...

Yeah I have tried with several names. My guess is that maybe is not right with PHP setting or the server, however on installation the roster detected no errors. Isthere any chance I give you my password and have a quick look maybe to find out whats going on?

the 3 images above should ither turn in to checks or x's saying of the equipment is unequiped or not
i just tested it in ie8 and ff and its working ial have the old register button removed in the next rc

no you have to use the link in the guild tab now not utilities
next revision will remove that button
