Multiple WoW Accounts

On one machine I run multiple WoW accounts (mine and my g/fs), but I don't know how to configure UniUploader to watch and upload both WoW account details to RPG Outfitter as we both have different accounts there too.

Currently I have it uploading her details and not mine on the pc and have my laptop uploading mine. This is annoying as I only play WoW on my laptop when we play together and thus my details don't get uploaded as often as I would like (and I am the Guild Master + Guild Banker).

I have checked the forums and wiki, but can't find anything (may just be using the wrong terms).

Please can someone advice.

I would love an answer to this.

I was able to install two version of UniUploader but only one version starts when my OS does. The other one has to be manually started. I have, in both UniUploaders, it selected to start with Windows. I did two complete installs of UniUploader and have all settings in both identical except for the account names being different in each.

Any suggestions?

Both UniUploaders will upload their correct account information to the website, I just cannot get them to both start with windows.

maybe microsofts autostart feature might help ?

You can also add another shortcut to UniUploader into your Startup folder in your StartMenu to launch the second instance of the program.

Alternatively you can add a key in your registry for the 2nd instance as well if you are comfortable with modifying the registry (REGEDIT).

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Keep in mind when you uninstall the 2nd instance, you will need to manually remove the extra registry key otherwise an annoying error will occur every time you boot into Windows.

Actually that sounds like a nice Request For Enhancement for uniuploader, more and more of my guildmates have 2 accounts (sometimes more), it would be great to be able to choose several accounts to upload the lua for

Yup. I do this. I do it with the "without installer" version from here:

Just unzip one copy in C:\UniUploader (for example) and the other in C:\UniUploaderGF (for example). Each copy maintains its own .INI file, which contains all of the settings for UniUploader, including which account to use.

I don't launch with Windows, though. And I don't have it with me right now to see how it goes about doing that. I just use 2 shortcuts to the 2 versions to launch them. (e.g., "Shortcut to UniUploader" and "Shortcut to UniUploaderGF"). Depending on which account I intend to use, I launch one or the other shortcut.

maybe i could somehow allow uu to write an infinite number of keys to

ie. let each copy autostart with windows?

the way it is now, uu is simply overwriting the key whenever you recheck "start with windows"

Maybe I'm just being dense, but it's only 1 instalation of WoW Right?

Character Profiler will get data for all characters, WoW already separates the acccont data. So on the uniuploader main screen there is an option to select which account to upload data for.

You have to upload each acount separately, but I do this myself.
