Sorry if this is posted else ware but what do i put in the Alt field so that if in the Officers notes we have Alt-[members name] example Alt-Optmusprime all toons with that tag in the officer notes will fall under Optimusprimes name as a alt.

It's already there.

Login to RosterCP. Click on the Member List button on the right side under Addon Config. After clicking that, the left menu should change. Click on Main/Alt Relations. The middle will have several options. Change the second option, Apply on Field, to Officer Note and be sure to have your Regex setup correctly.
