This is false. Roster has never created its database - something else must have.

Maybe they mean that Roster creates the tables within the database. Some people get confused with different terminolgy, I still get people saying to me that they computer has 300gb of memory, they just don not seem to be able to grasp that memory is one thing and disk drives are another.

Kinda like when people call the computer the CPU? I hate when people do that.

I'm glad you mentioned this, although with hosting becomming more competitive, hosts with less than 3 databases are usually free, or not worth paying for. However, if you do only have 1 database, or only 1 database left, using prefixes can be an excellent option. All you do is name the database tables with prefixes, ie. roster_tablename for roster tables, and ua_tablename for uniadmin tables. Though it probably hasn't been tested, using prefixes, one could have multiple roster and uniadmin installations in 1 database.

Some addons didn't work, because they used hard coded table names
