[Alpha] RosterDF 2.0

Ok I did the following:

/modules/rosterdf/js/overlib.js
to
modules/item_stats/overlib/overlib.js

Still getting the same error.
I did delete the cache also just to make sure.

hmm ok then.. I do not have item_stats installed right now but I will figure this out. Over all though from what I can tell it still works and tbh I think the hideform plugin is not being used anymore or atleast right now in roster, but I need to double check on that. So if this is not due to Item_stats it would be the overlib version for Roster that would be out of date.

Sounds good. I did take a look at Eqdkp+ to see if it was doing anything. I did move the new .js over to there and still the same. Didn't if they were having a conflict problem there or not. Also I put in a straight link to it so people did not get confounded :) trying to put in the "&p".

Ok so I was wrong when thinking that the issue is due to hideform.js as it is a needed component for rosters tooltips. So This is definatlly something else, but only started to happen after the header.php file. I will try to get item_sync installed so I can test and see if that could cause this in anyway.

Arkel, when I check out your install at http://www.bronzedragonlords.com/index. ... rosterdf&p I do not get the error form hideform and also notice that you are not using the header.php fix there for your tooltips show but only at the very top of the page. Please update your modules/rosterdf/header.php with this one http://www.wowroster.net/pastebin/index.php?show=303 then let me know so I can check out your view source.

ok so I see that you have made the change and now I see what the issue is. It is because the overlib_hideform.js is loading before the item_stats version of overlib. Best thing to do would be to manually edit your themes header.html file moving the item_stats overlib.js to the line right below your <title></title> tags which would allow overlib to load before hideform.

Nice and it looks really good with in your site. Im not sure yet why we need to use the &p at the end of index.php?name=rosterdf yet. It could be something due to cmslink.lib.php or maybe index.php but not sure yet. so im going to update the first post with things to do still before a beta can be released and everyone can start downloading it.

I would say take a look also at the php errors I am getting when say you you look at me on the roster. Looks like the item.php needs a little work, but thats it for me today. I need my beauty sleep.
Hey grates to you all. My hate is off to you all. I will just keep plugging alone beta testing it

Sweet always good news to hear that. So im thinking since the svn was updated last night I will try to get a new alpha package out by sometime this evening. Then we can test built in Roster upgrading.

I did the same thing, and moved the item_stats script in the templates header.html file. I also no longer get the error. So far, other than remembering to add the &p when loading, everything looks/works great. I can't wait for the Beta!

Ok I have repackaged RosterDF with the new svn updates. The new package name is RosterDF_Package.tar.gz and is stored in the same location as it was before please go ahead and download this package. In side the package I have redone the filling layout so that it includes modules and blocks there for when you upload this it will be uploaded into the root of df. The upgrade should go fine as well as it is currently using the Roster upgrade system rather than DF way. Please let me know if you have any troubles which this release of RosterDF 2.0 Alpha.

after updating, I'm getting the following:
Code: Select all
Fatal error: Call to undefined method sql_db::close_db() in /home/drknight/public_html/cms/modules/rosterdf/install.php on line 197

when I try to run rosterdf from the menu or the modules page in DF.
